Mysore Masal Dosa

Instead of making simply dosa, you may try this which gives the taste that is available in hotels. The step by step procedure is explained in each snap.
Ingredients:
Big onion(Chopped)-1cup,Garlic-5(Chopped),tomato-1(Chopped),boiled and smashed potato-1cup,grated coconut-1 cuo,ginger-garlic paste-1tsp.,Garam masala-1tsp.,corriander powder-1tsp.,chilly powder-2tsp.,salt,oil,corriander leaves,Dosa Batter.


Method:


1.Keep a pan on the stove and pour oil and heat.Add mustard and allow to crack. Now add chopped onion and fry for 3 min.Then add chopped garlic and fry.

2.Now add chopped tomato and ginger-garlic paste and fry till the tomato mashes fully.
3. Now add smashed potato and mix well.
4. Now add garam masala, chilly powder,salt and mix well,
4. Now add little water and allow to cook for 5 minutes by closing with lid.
5. Keep till all water drains. Keep this aside.
6. Now keep dosa tawa on stove and heat. 
7. Spread a ladle of dosa batter on the tawa  to thin and pour oil around.
8. Now spread the masala on the surface and sprinkle little grated coconut and pour some oil.
9. Allow to be for 5 min till the lower part changes it color.
10. Using dosa ladle rotate the dosa and take out.
Delicious Mysore Masal dosa is ready to serve. No side dish is necessary, yet tastes good with any chutney or sambar.
