Thoothuvalai dosa

Thoothuvalai Dosai:
Ingredient:
Thothuvalai Ilai- 1 hand full, Dosai Flour, Salt to taste,oil,peppe powder-1tsp.,jeera powder-1tsp.,
1.Wash leaves and grind with little salt and water in mixer grinder.
2.Add this ground substance to dosai flour taken in a bowl.Add pepper powder,jeera powder and mix well. If needed add little water.
3.Heat dosa tawa in stove. Pour a ladle of batter on the tawa and spread.
4. Pour oil around it and allow to cook. Turn the dosa and allow to cook for a min.
5. Take it out and serve hot with coconut chutney or garlic chutney.

It is healthy dosa which can be taken when you suffer from cold and cough, The leaves may be available at market.
You can serve it to kids if they refuse to take the keerai. They will luv dosa since it is colourful. Not only this keerai,if kids refuse to take any of the greens, you can simply grind the greens in mixer grinder and add to dosa batter and serve as dosa. Your kid will get the content of keerai.
