Paruppu Vadai More Kulambu:
Ingredients:Curd-2cups,Grated coconut-1cup,Toor dal-3tsp,ginger-small piece,jeera-1tsp,asafotida-a pinch,salt,mustard,red chilly-4,green chilly-3,gram dal-2cups,small onion-4,chopped big onion-1cup,curry leaves,corrionder leaves.
1.Soak gram dal for 1hr.Clean and grind with 3 red chilly,little ginger,salt and asafotida and keep aside.
2.Take curd in a bowl and churn curd and add reqd.salt and asfotida powder.
3.In a mixie jar,place grated coconut,ginger,green chilly,soaked toor dal,jeera,onion and grind to get paste.
4.Add this paste to the curd and mix well.
5.Keep this on stove and allow single boil and turn off and keep this aside.
6.Take the ground paruppu which we kept aside,add chopped onion,chopped curry leaves and corrionder leaves and mix well.
7.Keep a pan of oil on stove and heat.
8.Take balls of the ground substance and press it and drop it on the heated oil and fry till brown.
9.Take this vadai out and drop this in to the more kulambu and allow it to soak for half an hour.Sprinkle cut corrionder leaves and curry leaves on it.
Delicious Paruppu vadai more kulambu is ready to serve.
Also we can use ladies finger,Poosanikaai for more kulambu.
