Milagaai Thokku(Green Chilly Thokku)
Ingredients:Green chilly-20 nos.,Corrionder leaves,Tamarind-lemon size,Salt,Jaggery-small piece,Asofotida powder-1tsp,oil,mustard.
Method:
1.In the mixie jar pur green chilly,corrionder leaves,tamarind extract,jaggary,asofotida powder,salt and grind to fine paste by adding water.
2.Place a thick based pan or non stick pan on the stove.
3.Pour oil and heat.
4.Add mustard seed and allow to crack.
5.Pour the ground paste and mix well.
6.Fry it by adding oil sidewise.
7.Fry it till it wont stick to the wall.
8.Thokku is ready.Keep it in jar and it lasts for a month.
9.Best side for Upma,Idly,Curd rice.
