Crispy Onion Pakora


Crispy Onion Pakoda:
Ingredients:
Chopped Big onion-1cup,Gram Flour-1/2cup,rice flour-2tsp,red chilly powder-1tsp,ginger-garlic paste-a pinch,salt to taste,oil,Aniseed(Optional),asafotida powder.
1.Place the chopped onion in a bowl.
2.Sprinkle gram flour,rice flour,chilly powder,asafotida powder,salt on the chopped onion and mix well with onion without adding water.
3.to this add ginger garlic paste, little aniseed(if necessary) and mix well with it.
4.Keep oil in a pan and heat it in the stove.
5.Sprinkle this mixture in it and fry till brown.
6.take out and keep in the plate with tissue paper.
It is so crispy since water not added.perfect snack for rainy evening.no side dish needed for it.
