Greens-Coconut milk Soup:
Usually we make soup using vegetables which includes corn powder. But this is something different which is simple and healthy. All you need are simple ingredients and little time to make. Very healthy also another remedy for mouth infection.

Ingredients:
Manathathakkaali Keerai(மனத்ததக்காளி கீரை)- finely chopped-2 cups full, Finely chopped small onions-1 cup, Jeera powder-2tsp., Coconut-1,salt to taste.
Method
1. First take extract of coconut milk by grinding the grated coconut with water in the mixie and squeezing. Do it for 2 times. Keep it aside.
2. Keep a pan on the stove and add little water and allow to boil.
3. Now add chopped onion and allow to cook for 5 min.
4.Now add Chopped greens, little salt,jeera powder and allow to cook for 10 min.
5. That's it. Turn off the stove. To this substance add the coconut milk and stir.
Serve this healthy soup hot.
