Many of you know this recipe. Yet I'm sharing for the beginners. This is an easy to make recipe with simple ingredients available always at home. Step by step procedure is given and description of each snap explains the method. Try and tell your suggestion and alteration if you have.
Ingredients:
Grated coconut - 1 full(take it in a cup(for measurement)), Sugar is taken in ratio of 1cup of grated coconut: 3 cups of sugar, ghee- 1/2 cup, cashew-5 cut in to pieces, cardamom powder- 1 spoon.
Step:1
Grate the coconut as shown and take in a measuring cup.

Fry cahews in ghee and keep aside.

Fry the coconut with little ghee till aroma comes and keep aside

For 1 cup of grated coconut take 3 cups of sugar. Place the sugar in the pan and add 2 cups of water and allow to boil till one string stage attains. At the stage reduce the flame.

Now add the fried coconut to the sugar syrub and stir well.

Keep the greased plate ready in side.

Cut the burfi in the shape you like using knife.

Delicious sweet coconut burfi is ready to enjoy.
Easy to make. You can do it in 15 min when everything is ready. Good for health especially to kids.
