Aloo paratha:
For outer skin:It is nothing but the method of making chapathi.(wheat flour+Little jeera+salt+water mix well to get doughs)
For inner stuff:Boiled potato,Chopped onion,Red chilli powder,Ginger garlic paste,Corriander leaves,Salt.
Smash the boiled potato and keep aside.Place a pan on the stove and pour little oil,add chopped onion and fry till brown.Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.Add smashed potato ,red chilly powder,salt and mix well.Keep fo 5 to 10 min.Finally add corriander leaves.Make it cool.Make doughs of this stuff.
Using roller pin,make chapathi,place the dough of inner stuff on it and close.On the oil paper,keep this closed stuff and spread using ur hands.Place tawa on stove and allow to heat.place this paratha on it pour oil and turn back.Toast it well and serve hot .
Serve with Onion raitha,Pickle.(Tomato pickle and mango pickle are best combination)
