Tapioca Dosa


Tapioca Dosa:(Maravalli Kizhangu Dosai):
Soak 1/2kg of rice in water for 3 to 4 hrs.Clean it and drain the water.Grind it in the grinder.At last add grated Tapioca(1/2kg),Red chilly(30nos.),asofoetida,Salt,grind and take the flour in a bowl.Add to this flour chopped onions,curry leaves.Spread this flour on tawa,pour oil,turn back and boil well to get tasty tapioca dosa.Best combination with coconut chutney. Also good with ghee and sugar.
