WheatRawa Dosa


KodhumaRawa Dosai:
This is a simple and healthy food.Its easy to make.Soak required quantity of Kodhumarawa(available in shops) for a hr.Then drain water place it in mixie jar with little onion, green chilly,little ginger,salt and grind it finely to get the flour suitable to make dosa.To this flour add fried onions and make dosa on tawa.Healthy Dosa ready to eat.Serve hot with Tomato chutney.
