Moong Dal Dosa(Pesaratt)


Healthy Food:
Moong Dal Dosa :(Also called Pesaratt):
Ingredients:
Moong Dal(Pachai Payaru)-100 gms,Green chilly-3,Onion-1 big chopped,Salt,rice flour-2 tsp.,oil.
1. Soak moong dal in water for 5 to 6 hrs.
2.Place green chilly,chopped onion,salt and drained moong dal in mixie jar and grind by adding little water.
3.Transfer the paste to a bowl.
4.Add rice flour and mix well by adding water to get the batter suitable to make dosa.
5.Keep dosa tawa on stove and heat. Take a ladle of batter and place on tawa and spread to get thin shape dosa.
6.Pour oil on the dosa and spread.
7.Turn and take out when it becomes crispy.
8.Serve hot with coconut chutney.
It tastes good when it undergoes fermentation.
Its good for health. You can have it once a week as dinner recipe.
