Coriander Chutney


Coriander Chutney:
Ingredients:
Corrionder- 2 hands full, Red chilly-6,salt,oil,mustard,urad dhal, grated coconut-1 small cup, tamarind-small piece,asafotida- a pinch,garlic clovettes-3.
1.Grind corrionder leaves,red chilly,required salt,grated coconut,garlic,tamarind in to fine paste(Either by hand (ammi),or in mixer grinder)
2.Keep the chutney in serving bowl.Mix asafoetida powder in it.
3.Keep a pan on the stove and pour oil and heat.
4.Add mustard and allow to crack.Then add urad dhal and pour this on the chutney.
Delicious corrionder chutney is ready to serve with hot idlis and dosas.Suits for chapathi and puri too..Try and share your opinion here..
