Badam Halwa:
Ingredients:
Badam-1 cup,Sugar-1cup(Can increase if you want more sweet),ghee-1/2cup,cardomom powder-1 tsp,water.
Soak Badam in hot water for 3 hrs and remove the skin and grind with milk in the mixer grinder to a fine paste.Keep it aside.Place a pan on the stove and put sugar with water and boil to dissolve.When the sugar dissolves fully add the ground paste to it and mix to till no lumps found. Stir the mixture for sometimes without leaving at low flame.Add half ghee,cardomom powder.When the white bubbles appear at the bottom while stirring that’s the stage.Turn off and add remaining ghee.The halwa should not stick to the side.Pour it in the greased plate and allow to cool.You may cut to pieces or may be eat as it is.
Tasty Badam Halwa is ready to enjoy.Saffron may be added in the milk before adding to get that yellow color and may be used as such.
